When an offer has been accepted, I will need the following information for the title company.

Buyer's     Name     Phone     Address     Email

$500 Earnest Money Check made payable to the title company, applied to closing.

A completed Unimproved Property Contract, and all applicable Addenda.

Buyer will be responsible for the cost of a Survey (if needed), and the cost of the Title Policy.

Bring a current driver's license with correct address to the closing for notary purposes, and a cashiers check made payable to the title company for payment of the property and closing costs. 

On settlement day, the title company will conduct the closing, disburse the funds and issue the title policy.
